For over 30 years, I have been providing assistance to people of all ages. My areas of specialization include mood and anxiety disorders, stress reduction and parent-child/teen relations. My approach is research-informed, and draws from the overlapping fields of attachment and psychoanalytic theories, depth psychology, developmental neuroscience, mindfulness, cognitive behaviour theory and mentalization-based treatments.
